Earthhour
As you probably know tomorrow between 8 - 9 p.m. you can join Earthour campaign by turning your lights off for 1 hour. Sounds easy, doesn't it? But an hour without lights on ...Wonder what to do in the meantime?
Here are just a few suggestions:
Here are just a few suggestions:
- make spin-off to "Blairwitch project" movie,
- make customs out of old bet sheets, wear them and surprise your neighbors/flat mates,
- have an evening of telling horror stories by the candle,
- have a walk around the city to see how many people turned off their lights,
- have a romantic candle light dinner,
- make love.

Indie Friday with the Saund #2
Well, you didn't think I was gonna fly to Berlin without saying goodbye, did you? This Friday I will be deejaying in Ljubljana's only indie bar - The Saund. And guess what - it will be open for everyone who wants to come.
Indie, rock, postpunk & electro sound good enough for you? Then you have no excuse.
See u there!

City of dreams
Only few days are separating me from seeing my favorite European capital again after a year. I think that's the longest period of Berlin abstinence in past 3 years and let's hope it doesn't repeat again.
I never believed you can fall for a city until I visited Berlin for the first time - even the tough German language sounded sexy to me afterwards. The kind of city that is full of life but still it gives you the opportunity to loose yourself in a nameless crowd. Irresistible, vibrant, unexplainable. I could definitely live there I hopefully someday I will.
Until then...
P.S. - Full Berlin report is to follow after I come back & get some sleep

Geektalk
How do you know you're talking to a geek:
- they log in to the hostel
- they will ping you when they go for lunch
- they need to register for the summer holiday
- sometimes they'll ask you to give them few minutes to reboot
- they might try to click their way to the cutlery or try to tag it
- They'll Google right about everything

Luscious pumpkin
First I have to admit I'm a huuuuge pumpkin fan: I love everything from pumpkin soups, salads, pizzas etc. right to Smashing Pumpkins. Well, the later are not really helpful when you're hungry :)
Of course there are many ways how to make a delicious pumpkin dish, so let's start with a bang and serve stuffed pumpkin as a main dish. I should probably warn you: they're rather irresistible.
What you will need is:
After 20-30 minutes add raw egg and some sour cream to get smooth filling . Fill both half's of pumpkin, add some cheese to the top and bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200˚C.

What you will need is:
- one Hokaido Pumpkin (because they are the best)
- a mix of various cereals - oat & rye flakes (best to buy already packed mixture)
- 1 egg
- sour cream
- half an onion
- garlic
- cheese
- Vegeta
- oil

On the dark side of the fantasy
For all of you who were wondering whether I've stopped DJing - not even by far. I was just having a break but then my fingers started itching.
So this Friday, 7th March @ 10 p.m. I'll be joining the Lezklektika team on the Red dawn festival at Metelkova .
If you're in the mood for some Joy Division, Cure, Depeche mode, Ladytron and indie - come and dance away your Friday @ On the dark side of the fantasy night. Girls only.
If not wait until next week when I'll be warming out The Saund.
